TRISH DAVIS
barely any strength to drag this weighted pen across the sheet/blank/white/page
I might have more success pulling a blunted pencil through ice/cement/what have you.
I cannot see clearly now as the fog buries my eyes in blindness
I wipe that said fog off my glasses, leaving streaky moisture on its panes
and swim through this god awful icy slush water.
if my knees weren't so persistent
they'd snap right off entirely
like a dirty cigarette broken in your back pocket.
so, my body is left to shake/shiver in that agonizing pain everyone knows
its that sharp ice that swallows me
and there is simply pain
where were you when I fell?
or was it you that pushed me?
refresh

So, I met Guy Davis today!
Ces: Hey Guy, can I have your autograph?
Guy: What do you want me to draw?
Ces: What?
Guy: What do you want me to draw? Surely you don't want a simple autograph!
Ces: Oh Wow! OK... umm.... anything dude
Guy: Anything??
Ces: umm.... some grotesque creature that flies, something with wings
Guy: *draws*
We: blah blah blah. (chit chat)
Ces: Thanks man, this is fucking awesome!
Guy: haha you're welcome Ces!
handshakes
Cheers Guy

I'm a spy in the house of love.
I know the dream that you're dreaming of.
I know the word that you long to hear.
I know your deepest secret fear.
I'm a spy in the house of love.
I know the dream that you're dreaming of.
I know the word that you long to hear.
I know your deepest secret fear.
I know everything.
Everything you do, everywhere you go, everyone you know.
I'm a spy, in the house of love.
I know the dream that you're dreaming of.
I know the word that you long to hear.
I know your deepest secret fear.
I know your deepest secret fear.
I know your deepest secret fear.
I'm a spy, I can see, what you do, and I know.

Toward the end of Oliver Stone's The Doors, Jim Morrison-- that militantly self-destructive rock-and-roll god and sixties emblem of desire--now reduced by drugs, booze, and fame to impotence and death games, finds the only way he can sing in the tune during a recording session is if his girlfriend, on her knees, gives him head in the recording booth during his solos.
"Her fear of seeming like someone who wants to fuck a baseball player is matched only be her fearful desire to do exactly that." (about Vanalyn Green's character in A Spy in the House that Ruth Built)Female Transgressions by L. Kipnis

Beyonce Knowles Dangerously in Love Tour
The stage of The Dangerously In Love Tour was simple and featured a large LED screen in the back that moved up and down throughout the entire show and displayed video images of Beyoncé Knowles and her dancers, as well as some images from her music videos and some prerecorded images with special effects. The Dangerously In Love Tour show also featured a small staircase and platforms on both side of the stairs for her band.
The set list included not only Dangerously in Love material, but also contained a special segment of her show dedicated to her erstwhile group Destiny's Child. This concert also featured songs from Beyoncé's 2003 film The Fighting Temptations ("Fever" and "Summertime"). A highlight for many fans was her performance of "Dangerously in Love 2".
Perhaps the most well known feature of this concert was her entrance onto the stage for the beginning on the evening. Beyonce Knowles was lowered onto the stage upside down while singing Baby Boy.
